Product Return Policy
1. Buyers may return purchased products under the following conditions:
2. If experiencing issues with the product, contact Customer Service within 2×24 hours after receiving the item for Return confirmation.

4. Return confirmation can be made from 08:00-21:00 WIB (working days), 08:00-12:00 WIB (weekends/public holidays).
5. Kindly refrain from giving ratings before agreeing on the best solution between both parties.
6. It is mandatory to include an unboxing video (complaints without an unboxing video will not be processed).
7. Product return is subject to availability of replacement stock.
8. Include product photos and PO number on the barcode sticker attached to the shoebox or product packaging.
9. Hang tags and barcode stickers must be intact.
10. The product must be in the same condition as received (unused).
11. For products with packaging (box), it must be returned with its original packaging box.
12. Shipping costs are covered by us in case of our error, but if it’s the buyer’s error, then shipping costs are borne by the buyer.
13. The item should be returned to MSP within a maximum of 2×24 hours after confirming the Return to our Customer Service team.
14. The return process is carried out after the consumer confirms the shipping receipt to our Customer Service.
Product Return Conditions
Buyers may return purchased products under the following conditions:
1. There is a defect in the product (damaged, torn, punctured, etc.)

3. Model is not suitable

4. Wrong shipment (Return accepted)
5. Box and Tag are still intact (Return accepted)
Excluded Product Returns
Buyers cannot return purchased products under the following conditions:
1. Exchange requests based on color differences between the received physical product and product photo caused by lighting effects or computer screen.
2. Exchange requests based on incorrect purchase or change of mind after purchase. Please review the shopping cart before completing the order.
3. Exchange requests do not apply to discounted products and limited edition products with specific terms and conditions clearly stated in their description.
